WIND ensures knowledge remains secure and accessible only under community-agreed-upon conditions. This allows information guardians to decide its use while fostering greater awareness and respect for Indigenous history and traditional medicine among external stakeholders.
Building on the robust data security and sharing components of our medical platform WAVE, WIND provides a secure content management system. Publishing rights are retained by authors, safeguarding data sovereignty. WIND can evolve, incorporating access to cultural history and traditional medicine teachings, while tailoring its features to meet the unique needs of communities.
